accepting guests who do not have a picture or informatipn

I have started receiving requests from people who do not post a picture of themselves, and whose only verification is an email address.  I can of course ask for more information,but of course someone could write whatever they want to in response.  I count on airbnb to verify that the picture that is posted is who is making the request.  Have they stopped doing that?  I had to give 3 photo verifications when I joined and this person only gave an email address.

Also, how do I contact airbnb with a question?  They seem to be making it very difficult.....

@Margie23 like what you said, you can always ask more questions and/or request that. On top of that, I also put this in my house rules that a profile photo and verified ID is required. For contacting Airbnb, simply search "Airbnb Customer Service US" in your browser then you will get the phone number in seconds!
