according price increasing

Hello,

I have stranger situation with Raua 3-room apartment in Tallinn, Estonia.

I order apartment in Tallinn on days 17/04/2002-19/04/2020, make advance payment and  write message to host that planing arrive with small dog. In poster of those apartments written, that pet allowed.

After day host increased price and explained, that reason is my dog.

Please explain me is host could increase price?

@Aurimas4Were any extra charges mentioned anywhere in the description or rules of the listing? If so, then the host is fully within their rights and if you want to proceed with your stay, you will need to pay the fee. If it wasn't mentioned anywhere in the listing, you should not have to pay the fee and I would challenge the host on it. Unfortunately, the Airbnb doesn't give hosts a good way to charge an extra fee for pets: the only way we can do it is by mentioning it in the listing, then sending a request for extra money.

As someone who travels with my dogs, I would strongly recommend checking with a host to clarify their pet policies before booking, even if they allow instant booking. Pets allowed does not mean the same thing to everyone and there are often extra rules around pets.
