I got client's request, and try to answer, but have received an automatic email, telling me that my account has been disabled, and I need asnwer to the email address that they provided.
So I answered to: account.disabled@airbnb.com, and got another automated answer as below:

We’re sorry to hear you’re having trouble accessing your Airbnb account. We want to be sure someone isn’t accessing your account without your permission, so we need you to confirm a few things that only you would know.
Please reply to this email with the following:
1. The email address and phone number associated with your Airbnb account
2. If you’re a host: the last four digits of your default payout method OR the email address associated with your PayPal account
After we receive this information, our Trust & Safety Team will investigate and get back to you as soon as possible—usually within 24-48 hours.

I have answered with the information required, but 4 days passed, and I still cannot access to my account.
During the past 4 days, i got two inquires and 3 bookings which I cannot responde.
I have tried to find a phone number that I can call, but I cannot find any phone number.
I hope someone from this community could help.

hi, I have the same issue and no one at airbnb is being helpful. every person says I am in the"que" to "the right department" for it to be resolved. I have been told numerous diff depts...
They have this front customer service line that is not empowered to do anything and their really is no support as a host if you run into an issue.
Basically, we the hosts are taking all the burden, while making each of the founders BILLIONAIRES- look it up, they are now the richest in the world. I would think they could hire a few people with all the money they have made of of me to help me, you call on hold over 1/2 to an hour, then a different answewr everytime. Beyond frustrated

My account is currently blocked, and I received the same unhelpful automated email last night, having answered all the security questions.
I too have an enquiry pending, about to expire later today. Does anyone have experience of this problem, and how to resolve it?
