airbnb Ireland call center

Three times I have had Ireland call center arbitrators of airbnb make blatantly wrong decisions about my property in the USA.

Has anyone else had this problem? How can someone unfamiliar with standard business practices in the USA make such damaging decisions on behalf of airbnb and their hosts?
