airbnb app

I downloaded the app on my phone but now seem to have created a second peron called me. So I now have a new identity/login that doesnt connect to my actual AirBNB acct or my two listings. So I deleted the app and went to start again but it still remembers all the wrong data for this second person named me - and I cant delete the info. Delete app again; download again - same story - all same error info comes back - useless!!!!!
