airbnb cancel my booking

My story:

I was heading to Margaret River in WA, Australia on a Saturday.   They canceled my booking on the Friday afternoon without giving me any reason. I was really stressed at that time. Airbnb they gave back my money, that's it. I called customer service few times and they said they will call me back. They NEVER come back hence I always use Stayz after. I am afraid if my next trip will be canceled by them.

Do you guys have the same problem?

Sorry for your last minute cancelation. You have the exact same potential for cancelation with Stayz-both are homestay sites.

I contact the house owner and they claimed that is not they canceled my booking, it is Airbnb canceled my booking. This hasn't  happened to me when I am using Sstayz so far
