Hello everyone. Airbnb has stopped giving me my payouts. My listing is live and I am able to receive new bookings. My property is in Sydney, Australia. Contacting airbnb by all means possible enables me to only talk to an airbnb "ambassador" who, while acknowledging my problem, has no idea why it is so. They say that someone who does will write back to me. They do, with nonsense like: "As you are using a Russian account, airbnb has suspended payments to any such accounts." I tell them I am using an Australian bank, and my house is in Sydney. What has Russia got to do with it? Another responce I get is: "due to the recent changes you made you need to upload further documents". I didn't make any changes. I have no idea what they're talking about.
Any advice of what to do?
