A few days ago, I had a problem with my booking. I book a place with Free Parking on premises, but then the host told me I should pay for it... anyway I call Airbnb help center, and I must say it was great!!! they call me back in less than 2min, they called me few times and they keep me up with messages and calls until few hours later when we resolve the problem. I cancelled the reservation and got my full refund.

Does anyone know how to appeal more specifically to the German Airbnb community. My husband and I are both German Speakers and would love to offer our apartment to German Speakers
