I'm wanting to invest in other markets as our town has become very saturated and although summer is descent I'd like to invest in other areas.
Anyone know of an untapped markets?
Not Tucson! Last time I checked we had close to 2,500 units here with an average occupancy of about 21%.
Look around Gilbert. I tried to find a house there a while back but there weren't any. Some of the suburbs of Phoenix may be a possibility. In Glendale there's the University of Phoenix stadium area. That's a big conference center area and there are not a lot of close choices.
