booking for 3 people but showing up 2

You should let the host know as soon as possible, as they may need to set up the extra bed.  If you were charged per person, they might offer you a refund.

@Christos89  It's definitely not a problem if fewer people than booked show up. It's only a problem if you have more people than you paid for.
