booking for a guest who's staying a few days every week and payments

I have a guest who is going to be doing an internship near by. She wants to book Sunday-thursday every week for 3

months. Is there a way to do this so that she can be billed once a month?

Only long term (contineous) stays are charged/paid in monthly installments. Your guest has to make multiple bookings and will be charged per booking (and cleaning fee will be added each time, also multiple request to review will show up in future). I noticed on your calender dates are reserved.
