Hello, I need help right away as I need to accept my pending reservation by 11am. Here's my problem/question: I just joined Airbnb 2 days ago and received a request yesterday which is great but I was not done with my listing and the price was set too low. I have communicated this to my pending guest and he said to please book him even at that price....how do I do this? Looks like I can only decline or accept the request? Also, I need to do this by 11am to keep good standing on Airbnb for the 24 hour response rate. Can someone please help me quick??? Thank you in advance. Bari
You need to decline, correct your prices in your calendar and ask your guest to request again.
There should be an option to send the guest a special offer, where you can include the correct price.
