broken links mean I can't do anything with my booking

I have an 'oops broken link' on the links for my booking which means i can't do anything with it.  The booking also doesn't exist in "My Trips".  Yet airbnb has managed to sort out the technology to take the money for the booking.  Please fix my booking!!

@Anne663 Your host may have deleted their listing. You’ll want to contact Airbnb directly to get to the bottom of things.

Thanks Cynthia - ahh, if only I could contact airbnb!!  All I can do is "submit feedback" which is not a support function and they say they won't provide an individual response!

Perhaps you could try the 'How to contact Airbnb' guide that I was able to find in the CC?
