cancelations, how to contact airbnb

Hi there, 

I canceled my reservation 

it was 1031 $

and the fees is 99$

the host policy is flixable and i should get a full refund, 

yet when I asked to cancel 

airbnb said I would be refunded with 99$ 

and if I agreed with the host on a different amount I should send them another request, 

I tried to send request to the host, but he insisted its shouldnt be sent to him but to airbnb

I cant find a way to contact airbnb, 

please help
