hi anyone- i've had 3 reservations cancelled in the last 12 months due to covid. (on our own trips) and so now as we look at booking a place to stay abroad in the cancellation policy it says due to these cancellations we will not receive the service fee...
these cancellations where not made by us- but for us. Is there a way to resolve this - just in case we do need to cancel, we'd like to know if it's nobodies fault that we can be fully refunded?
@Anna1916 I thought it was only if the guest cancelled that you were held to the only 3 cancellations per year. You are saying the hosts cancelled those 3 bookings?
I guess you'll have to contact customer dervice if that's the case.
But if you do cancel in the future, you would only ever get a full refund if you qualify for that under the listing's cancellation policy.
