Compre un apartamento a un usuario de airbnb, el ya tenia reservas confirmadas para los siguientes meses, estas reservas me las puede pasar a mi que soy el nuevo dueño del apartemento.??

As a new owner of a property on airbnb, you have to open your own airbnb account and list the property under your name. All the reviews will stay with the previous host, reservations can be transfered by airbnb to your new listing if the guests agree.
