change of cancellation policy after reservation

hello

I have a guest reserved for 2 weeks in DEcember in an apartment in st martin. due to the damages of Hurricanes IRMA and MARIA he changed his mind and would like to cancel the reservation , and would like to have a full refund .The cancellation policy is set on STRICT , I agree to cancel his reservation and for AIRBNB to refund him at 100% , but do not know how to do it ! can you assist please? thanks

Tell your guest to cancel by ringing the airbnb number on their booking confirmation. you will get a cancellation confirmation with the option to give a full refund.
