change reservation request

Hi, I currently have a guest who would like to extend his stay. The issue is I have two other guests who have booked at the same time. I reached out and they are willing to stay in another listed room for the same price. I cannot extend my visit guests stay because it shows the dates are not available
Is there a way to move the bookings to another room??

You would first change the listing of the guest who you want to move and then it should open up your dates.

You cannot change a reservation request...

You can send an alteration request for your guest approval AFTER the reservation is made.

In your case

First you need to change your second guest to the other available room...

Then you can extend the first guest stay.

The "change reservation" button is on the top of the message thread (webpage)
