Hi,
I changed my bank account details to my new bank account where I want my money to be paid in.
However the payments are still coming into my old bank account and there is no way to contact AirBnB directly as far as I can see.
How do I contact AirBnB if there is a problem with my account?

Have you checked if the status of your new account is ready? Or still 'pending verification'? From my experience it takes a few days for Airbnb to verify a new account, until then the payout will still go to your default account
I'm having the same problem. I added a new bank account last week and the payment verification has been completed. I also deleted the old bank account. But airbnb is still sending the payments to the old bank account which is no longer even listed as one of my payout options. Any ideas?
Ok now that I've looked again, even though my new bank account received the 1¢ deposit, Airbnb still says that the payment verification is pending. Perhaps everything will get sorted out once things are verified on Airbnb's end. It's strange that it's taking so long, though, especially since my bank account received the deposit.
