Hello, Holiday Homes which have been classified as such by the Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) require the host to collect a 'Tourism Dirham' fee of AED 10 per night/per bedroom for a Standard classification unit and AED 15 per night/per bedroom for a Deluxe classification unit.

The 'Tourism Dirham' fee is managed via a portal provided by the DTCM.  Each booking will be recorded on the portal with a check-in & check-out date and the total fee due will be calculated.  Payment is made by the 15th of month for the previous month to the DTCM by the host via the portal (online payment, bank transfer).
