cleaning, linen changes with 1 month rentals

Hi

We are new to Airbnb hosting and our first rental is for a month.  They have received a 40% monthly discount and I am wondering what is the "normal" way to handle linen changes and cleaning?  

They are paying a one time usual cleaning fee.

Do you offer weekly linen changes (I have a service so fees involved, which renters are not charged) or leave 2 sets of linens and have them change them themselves?  

Cleaning, do they do it themselves, a cleaning half way through?

@Kim-And-Daniel1 we have a similar situation and plan to agree that we will change the linen weekly but the guest hasn't arrived yet so we haven't agreed anything. I think if you have a washing machine in the listing its possible to just leave 2 sets of linen. Worst case we will change linen and clean weekly but we haven't given a 40% discount!
