company details to receipt

hi there,

I am trying to add the company address to billing details in my itinerary area: I went to My trips, View Itinerary, Billing details, put the details, clicked Save and got the message -  You do not have permission to access this resource - marked light orange.

How to proceed in this case? All I want - to add company details to receipt because reservation is for business trip.

You can't. Everyone else seems to have managed without doing that, so you will have to manage too.

Add a business address

Go to Your Trips on airbnb.com
Next to the trip you want to edit, click View Itinerary
Next to Billing, click Detailed Receipt
On the receipt, click Add billing details
Add the business address and other relevant information
Click Save

This doesn't work for, it is an issue.

I have the same problem.

PLEASE Airbnb, the official feature does not work, pull out your fingers with this and get it fixed.

Customers need proper receipts. and we pay enough for the service that this should be possible.

Otherwise please remove the misslieading "Add billing detials" so that we do not waste time on this.

I was contacted by support.

They said that feature does not work at the moment and the only workaround is to add the details in Business trips area (when Business trip button is checked).

But today, when my reservation started, I went to Detailed receipt and successfully added required Details as it is mentioned in Help page. Probably, it means that it is allowed to change receipt details only after reservation started.
