confirmed payment but host havent replied yet

hello there,

Could someone please help me?

i have made a booking to go to Amsterdam (21-25 JUNE 2017) i have also made  the payment and I have the receipt number.

the strange thing is that I cant see the reservation in my account! Also I havent received an e-mail with the booking reminder from airbnb. 

aIso my host hasnt replied to me yet (i have sent an e-mail to her yesterday, and today).

does anyone know what I have to do in this case?

@Stefanos5 did you make a payment through Aibnb or outside, like on host's paypal or something? Did you communicated with your host through Airbnb or through email or you didn't communicate at all? Did you check your bank account if payment went through?

Anyway you should contact Airbnb and ask them to check your reservation. Here is how
