contacting airbnb

I too am frustrated by the lack of support I am a new host and am having trouble on several issues. The banking does not accept my information .I originally had one unit and have added 2 more however the airbnb system only recognizes one unit so will not let me accept other guests do i have to list them under another name? The chat room  directed hosts to type in " contacting airbnb" what i got was contractors for bnb?  and I could not find a phone# anywhere? thank you Gord
