I find it extermely frustrating not to be able to contact an airbnb staff member, I have spent sooo much time trying to ask the odd question which doenst have a drop down answer. I have a $40 voucher but I did not write down the voucher number, and so have no record of this. I woudl like to use this voucher on my next booking, but how do I do that when I dont know the number??. any help woudl be gratefully received. Everything else about airbnb is great BUT THIS NEARLY DRIVES ME MAD, that I cant get answers for specific questions which dont suit their pre made up answers and cant have email correspondence with staff. It is the result of the business being too successful and now they dont offer help to the consumers.
