It seems to me this is your first reservation ..!?!
I would suggest snoozing your profile for a while until you get to know how Airbnb works. If things dont go well for you and/or a guest, your profile will suffer the consecuences anyway.
@Diana709 @Elizabeth429 didn't go into your profile, Diana, but if it is your first, I can see where you might be confused. If they tried to book and you accepted, then it is confirmed. Your payment will come to you 24 hours after they check in (sometimes there is a hold, I think it is 2 weeks, for new hosts).
Make sure your place is ready when they arrive and just go with the flow with them. It will be fine and you will be paid tomorrow.
