I recently had a guest who wanted to book a room for the night for him and his family.
I had to decline as the rooms were booked. I preseed the decline button and wrote a message explaining why but I could not submit the reason - the red block did not come alive so I had to cancel my message and just send him a message through the normal message box. I have now had two more requests from this gentleman and I ahve tried to do the same thing over and over again.
I must say taht I have forgotten the first time to block the date but I went and blocked them after a notice came up saying that I had rooms to let. But even that didn't work. I really don't have rooms to let on the day requested and would like to know why the submit reason button is not working.
