denied access to inbox, lost booking as result. Have verified accounts

I am still receiving same message - limited access

However I have verified my account with drivers licence pic as well as real time pic.

Have logged in and out. This is ruining my holiday. I can't access my account to service bookings. I also have reviews to write for guests that are pending and expiring.
