Hello everybody! I have a question. I have a parking space and access to the basement is by an automatic control. I would like that when asked for the control, guest give a US$40 deposit in case is lost or damaged.  I have put this on the information, and also on messages giving welcome. But feel afraid someone might not like it.  This deposis is reimbursed when leaving the apartment. Your opinions or thoughts on this and how can I solve it.

Hello @Lourdes-Alejandra0. You must clearly indicate that this service is outside Airbnb because the site doesn't allow a host to collect deposits. But guests don't have to use the parking space.
