didn't recieved my payout for long time, Hosting for free

Hello

I am really desperate, I hope I can find some one help here.

I start hosting on airbnb a few month ago and I get two reservation

as I know I should get payout 24h after the guest check in but I didn't

I am using paypal as payout method

I contacted support team many times over the phone and email and they all promise me that everything will be ok in few days but I have been waiting for along time now and nothing happen

I am still hosting for free hhhh

Now I have pending payout of 630 $

What I have to do to resolve this issue ?

could I change my payout to payonner or bank account instead of paypal ?

please help me.

Goto "Host" menu item

Select "Dashboard" first item on list

On the "Dashboard Menu"

Select "Account" its the last item extreme right Click on it

On the left side of the screen select "Payment preferances" it will ask you to enter you password then

Add a payment method

I hope this helps and I haven't missed a step.
