im disgusted at the amount of money you have taken of my booking for councilation fees which had nothing to do with me ..my advert states i only can rent saturday saturday full weeks yet i was getting requests for one nights which i cant do due to my cleaner ..i started renting this caravan last year i behalf of my elder mother as my dad died and im not making any money from renting it ...all the money is covering the site fees for the caravan and goes to the haven site to keep the caravan going for my mom ..i rented one week with you which was £600 pounds which is cheap for Haven site but im now recieving £421 which is totally disgusting for this week rental...im asking you as a big fish and me as a small fish here can we sort this out as this my first time on this site and i only sold one week with you ...one cancellation fee alone was 75 pounds them i had £34 then £35 then £38 and you had already made and took money off my booking ...also there is no way to email this site or contect them???? someone help me
@Nicky9 we haven't taken any money off you as those of us here in the Commuity Centre are hosts just like yourself and as far as we know AirBnB staff don't monitor the Community Centre - if they did they'd probably be surprised at the sheer volume of problems hosts encounter with the platform, almost entirely AirBnB's fault.
Service fees of around 20% are too high and it's not the first time over the last few days that we've seen reports here about that. It's possibly one of the many glitches in the AirBnB platform. All I can suggest is you contact them on one of the methods and numbers listed here. Apparently the direct message on Twitter gets their attention quickly so you might want to try that first.

@Nicky9 Your biggest problem right now is that you have your listing set at minimum 1 night stay. For a large caravan like that which accommodate a lot of people that is a money-loser for sure. You need to set your miminum stay to one week.
Go to "Calendar", click on "Availability Settings" at the top of the page. Change "minimum stay" to 7 nights, and under "add a requirement" select "guests must arrive on a specific day" and there you enter Saturday.

Plus, both of your listings seem to be for the same property. You are going to be overbooked. Clean up your calendar as others suggested above, and reduce to only one listing. Plus when you cancel, it says you are incurring fees, why did you continue cancelling all your reservations when you got the warning after the first cancelation? It just doesn't seem reasonable at all.
