I have one issue to solve and I would like to ask you about your help.

is it possible that i see the emails for the costumers that stayed in my flat ?

Hi @Shorena0,

if you mean the real email adresses: no, You don't get them and exchanged phone numbers disappear from the message thread too a while after the stay. If you want to obtain the adresses, you have to ask for them before the guest leaves and note them. 

If you mean that you want to see the old messages, you can do that on your account. On the computer under messages, on the app
