extra credits given after host cancelled after several minutes of acceptance

I was confused about the extra credit given to me because when I tried to book another place I still have to pay additional amount even the total amount I have (Charged, ₱29413.41,  plus extra credit, ₱150310) is larger. I want to talk to someone from AirBnB to make sure that no additional mount charge to my credit card. Please help me. Our travel date is fast approaching.

If you have a reservation/confirmation, then there should be a phone number to airbnb on that. I have never found it on the website.

I got a message from Airbnb after the host canceled:

"John canceled your reservation Use the ₱29413.41 you already paid + an extra ₱150310 credit to book another place. The credit is for one-time use only and can be used if your new reservation is more expensive than the original. Or, you can also request a full refund, including service fees. Book Another Place Request a Refund"

If you add it I should have 179723.41 Php of credits that is around 3594.46 USD but when I tried book another place I only given 633.06 USD through a coupon. It is misleading. They sent me email regarding the cancelation details. It shown there that I only given 2,000+ Php. 

I got a new place and booked. It was confirmed and after an hour the host had changed and asked me additional amount. It is very frustrating. If I knew this ahead I won't use Airbnb.
