flooded upstairs neighbors

today our guests arriving but we are suddenly flooded our neighbors. How to cancel the reservation

You call Airbnb straight away. They will be able to cancel under the host extenuating circumstances policy (you will need to provide them with a report from the plumber to show this has had happened/from your insurance company).

 

Check what else is available in your area and then contact the guests and suggest alternatives.
