full refund for Mrs Lucia reservation 11_14June ,which wants to cancel

Hello,
Mrs Lucia wants to cancel 11_14June

reservation because there is no boat from mykonos to come the same day,after her flight,due to boats cancellation

Even i finally changed my policy to flexible,she sees only 30e given back

I would kindly request for a full refund for her ,

Let me know or send her a message what she must do

@Roula7  you are not speaking to Airbnb but a forum of hosts and guests.

 

It doesn't matter if you have changed your listing to have a flexible cancellation policy when the guest cancels it will be under the policy they booked under.

 

However when the guest cancels, you can volunteer to give them an additional refund.

go to this reservation, click on "send or receive money" and give her a refund. She has to accept it to receive it.

Anecdotally, if you decide to give a full refund, Airbnb will  keep their booking fee regardless, that might influence your decision on what to do.

@Roula7  I think this will come under cancelling due to unavoidable circumstances, your guest should ring the number on the booking confirmation and explain to customer service the ferry is cancelled.
