giving a 20% discount after the first 3

This guest came in at just about the same time.  How can I give a guest a 20% discount, two came through at the same time one got it and one didn't.  This is an opportunity for a returning guest.

You could just amend the booking and send this guest a discount price @Stacia16 ?

go to the help tab on your page - enter special offer - select "how so  i send a guest a special offer?"
