I had people booked my room，but my room was not avialiable ，I confirm that with customer，but second day I found this was a result of the booking being accepted (perhaps an auto acceptance?) I had Sent message to air bnb to cancel this booking，Did I have to pay for this cancel booking.as I never accept .how is happened？

Did you set the dates to unavailable in the calender ?

I am new in airbnb.can anyone advise me that if company book room for them staff，can I speak to a person who will stay my place before she move in？for safety . what I should to do if someone booked my room from airbnn if this person does not have any people refer from airbnb website？thanks
