guest can not proceed with booking/ payment

guest can not proceed with booking/ payment

I am a host and a guest is having problems with booking my apartment. A guest is trying to book my apartment and she can not proceed with her booking. Every time she wants to proceed with the payment in step three, the screen turn blank. Do you know by any chance what that could be? I send her an offer, but she still can not book it. What should I do now? I don´t want to lose her as a guest.

@Laura813, given your description of the problem, it may be beyond your ability to help the guest.

It sound like the guest has a technical problem; that usually requires someone helpful who can sit next to the guest and help them work through the problem on their computer / phone.

 

Have you suggested to the guest that they seek help from whoever usually helps them with technical problems?
