Hello Group. It is my first time posting here due to a brand new issue. Thank you in advance for your time and guidance.
A guest reserved 92 nights early, at a 50% discounted rate, in summer of minneapolis, which is peak season; and two months later he cancelled without even letting me know. Later he found out that some of his money is not refundable, and opened a dispute against me for refund, which I rejected angrily. I am now in a calmer mood, and wonder what will happen to the money he "lost", will the first month rent come to me and the rest go to airbnb? or will I get a credit to use when i travel as a guest, or something else?
Thank you.
Best,
Di
