my current guest decides to check out after i went to ask for some verification which they actually refused to show.the reason i ask for identification i have had two incidents where the person who books on airbnb is not actually the person who booked the place,so one time i had a guest who had the place booked by a different person ,two days down the linethey get arrested in nairobi town,who do they know in kenya me,so am called into the police station.the name on the booking and the person staying totally different,two the guy had come in kenya and apparently he had over stayed his so here i was being accused of hosting an irregal immigrant.
back to my story i always ask for identification to confirm if the person booked is the same with the current guest to avoid such an incident again.this particular guest refused to show the id,which i followed up.so yesterday night she sends me a message that the house has cockroaches,ants and its so unsanitary.
i was there yesterday day she never mentioned but she decided to check out at midnight
fast word she has said she will write that my place is unsanitary.my apartment is in a place where it has been voted again again for being the safest and cleanest.
how do i get help.because i feel am being accused wrongly plus the she used had kept two towels all on the floor.reason she likes stepping on a clean towels.that after she leaves we can clean up
