guest not replying to request to return overpayment on cancellation

guest not replying to request to return overpayment on cancellation

Overpayment of $370 was sent to a cancellation gust that was already refunded by AIRBNB. Now guest will not reply and I don't have phone number or email address for them and AIRBNB will not respond to my request for assistance. Any suggestions?

if the guest was refunded by Airbnb. why did you manually sent a refund also ?

Useally it is not even possible to refund more via resolution centre then the money left in the reservation. So what happended ?
