guest unsure if staying but left her bags to go check out other bnb

woman has all her worldly goods in her car uncertain what she is doing. Not sure if trustworthy. What do i do?

And you agreed to this?  I am sorry but if they have a confirmed reservation with you and do not stay, they will lose their money as they are not entitled to a refund at this late stage.  I can't believe their cheek.  You should notify airbnb and let them know the situation.  Did she give a reason for possibly not staying?

Sharon talk of meeting some guy who invited her to stay on airbnb as well . She is in her room now.

You haven't really given enough information to help you.

1. Was she staying with you but decided to change her plans? if so why?

2. Call BnB straight away and explain what has happened. If she isn't staying with you then her property shouldn't be on your premises.
