She's either misinterpreting what she sees on the screen, or is trying to scam you by claiming she can't book with you on Airbnb and will try to get you to go outside the system. I would recommend not spending a lot of time with this as it has red flags all over it.

Hi @Marty1 and @Ed-and-Hugh0,

I don't think the guest is misrepresenting herself.  Apparently, if you do not have a Facebook, Google or LinkedIn account or if you have a Facebook account with not very many friends, you need to create a video for verification.
