guest wants to extend their stay, but I am having a problem accepting on site

My guests wants to extend their stay, I was sent an accept/decline through my Airbnb site. I tried several days ago and again yesterday to accept, I keep getting an error message- "Try again- something went wrong" this is using a mobile app on my tablet.

I tried again this am on my laptop, now I get the message that "this request is unavailable now". I need help! The extended stay is supposed to start at the end of the month- 3 days away!

You'll want to Contact Airbnb directly since it sounds like a technical issue.
