help in english - what are host legal obbligations in spain?

sorry I don't speak spanish but I'm considering starting being a host on a spanish property. can you please let me know what are the legal obbligations for a host in your country?

I think it varies from place to place and from region to region.  In Barcelona I know you would need a licence. In a typical holiday resort it may be different. The best thing to do is to approach the council where the property is located.  If you do not speak the language, you may need assistance from someone who do.
