I am new.

I have just had my first enquiry.

For the 23 / 3 / 2016 to 22 / 4  / 2016

My rates are 20 Euros per day with Fridays and Saturdays at 26 Euros each, therefore the amount is 608 Euros.

BUT I have had this enquiry quoting only 486 Euros less the commission.

What is that all about?

Can clients just specify what they want to pay?

Can anyone advise me please?

Hi @Steve28,

You have your listing setup as having a weekly discount of 15% and a monthly dicount of 25% so that is why the rate is much lower.  Guests cannot name their price and you alone set your prices.  If you want to remove your discounts, go into your "pricing" and remove the weekly and monthly discounts.  You could decline the inquiry, remove the discount and ask the person to make a new inquiry with the new prices however they might not like that too much.  As it sits, if you approve them at this price, that is what they pay.  You could also make a special offer and give it a little cheaper than your orignal price.
