I note, though, that you have a very low price (on my screen it’s €35) per night, although the space is suitable for 6 persons. And you have indicated that there is no charge after the first guest. Is this what you intend? (If so, it would mean that for 6 persons you would be receiving €5,80 per person per night.)
If not, I would suggest that you quickly adjust the settings to show either a fixed higher price that includes 1-6 guests, or a fixed lower price for 1-2 guests, but an additional amount for each guest after the second one.
You have also not indicated a cleaning fee, or displayed any House Rules. I would also recommend selecting a moderate or high cancellation policy.
When I joined AirBnB in the autumn of last year, I spent a great deal of time looking carefully at other listings in my area, to learn the best way to set up my own in terms of pricing, facilities, and so on. This forum has also been a wonderful source of information.
