I have typed up the Review and hit Submit. Site sent me back to Write a Review! I look in Host, at Reviews and it says to Complete Review. I hit that button, takes me to Write a Review. In a loop can't get out, can't write another review, help!
@Carol-And-Greg0 there might be a glitch, this happened to me before. I don't know whether you are using the app or the website, the only suggestion I have is to exit/force quit then try again.

Aw I am sure this is really frustrating. I wonder if @Farah1's tip worked here, I would also suggest trying it from another browser, I have found with some things in the past, that from another display it may show that the action has been completed it just wasn't displaying properley.

Yes Farah's tip did it. I completely shut down computer and restarted it. Now if Airbnb will authorize payment for damages done by guest life would be great!
