I am considering hosting for airbnb but cannot find any insurance company in Georgia

that allows a room rental occupied by owner. Any advice?

I would like to offer a place too, but my home owner insurance does not cover me for short term rental. Does anybody know of a company that does?

Insurance is controlled at the State level so you would need to find a ocal Broker familiar with this risk.
