host and guest agree on cancellation - what is the best way to go about it?

Hi - we have sold our property at short notice. I have arranged other accom for the guest, and both parties are happy to cancel. What is the best way to go about this without either incurring fees?

You can cancel the booking on your end and then refund any money if necessary through Resolution Center.

You could leave as is, collect the payment for the booking and use this towards alternative accomodation for the guest.
